Abstract
This Regulation is passed by the Cabinet on the basis of the Clean Air Law 2017, article 12. The Regulation determines the permissible limit for air pollutants emissions in different industrial sectors, including: cement industry, foundry industry, power plants, refineries and petrochemical industries, heavy metals and other industries. The Department of Environment is the responsible authority to implement and to monitor the Regulation.
