Regulation for Issuing Agricultural Land Title of Deeds.

This Regulation is prepared by joint proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Organisation for Registration of Deeds and Properties. The Regulation is issued for the registration and issuance of the title of deeds for the agricultural lands that are located outside the boundaries of the cities and towns as is verified in the Law on Urban Land. Issuance of the title of deed is subject to verification of the accuracy of the ownership and having no contradiction with the areas subject to governance of the Organisation for Protection of Environment. The text further provides for measuring the lands, examination, payment of the levies and mapping. This Regulation consists of 6 Articles.
