Regulation of the Law on Concentration of the Duties and Powers related to the Agricultural Sector in the Ministry of Agriculture.

This Regulation consisting of 8 articles, enforces the Law on Concentration of the Duties and Powers related to the Agricultural Sector in the Ministry of Agriculture of 1 May 2013.
According to the Regulation, by approval of this Regulation, the Ministry of Agriculture is responsible for any matters regarding agricultural and garden products, medicinal plants (herbs), livestock products, poultries and aquatics. Supporting domestic productions as well as strengthening the private sectors should be regarded as the priority of the Ministry. The Ministry should prepare a long-term, annual and temporary (based on occasional situation) planning for creation of proper network for supplying, processing, storage, distribution and marketing of the essential agricultural commodities.
