Abstract
The present Act prohibits anyone to engage in seaweed harvesting for commercial purposes without obtaining permission issued by the Fisheries Agency for up to five years at a time. The permit shall be tied to the harvesting equipment, or harvesting vessels, utilized by the permit holder.
