Regulation No. 350/2024 on support for grain cultivation.

This Regulation establishes a support framework for grain cultivation by providing both investment aid and production-linked financial support aimed at strengthening domestic grain production and improving infrastructure for grain drying, storage, transport, and processing. It sets out eligibility criteria, application procedures, funding priorities, and oversight mechanisms for grants supporting grain-drying facilities, storage infrastructure, and specialized transport equipment, while prioritizing projects with higher production capacity, renewable energy use, and regional infrastructure development. The regulation also introduces production-based support tied to grain quality standards for barley, wheat, and oats, including minimum density and dry matter requirements verified by professional certification. In addition, it regulates the calculation and disbursement of subsidies, establishes monitoring and repayment obligations in cases of non-compliance or misleading information, and provides transitional provisions concerning available funding and support levels for the 2025 production year.
