Act No. 165 amending and supplementing Act of 17 February 1982, No. 41, approving the plan for the rationalization and development of marine fisheries.

This Act amends Act of 17 February 1982, No. 41 approving the plan for the rationalization and development of marine fisheries. The amendments to the text of 1982 concern mainly the conditions for the granting of loans and unsecured loans. Other amendments concern the addition of article 27-bis on fishing for recreational purposes and article 27-ter on the concession of maritime zones and territorial sea for fishing and aquaculture purposes.
