It is approved, with this Decree, in compliance with article 233, paragraph 2, of the legislative decree 3 April 2006, n. 152, the statute of the National Consortium of collection and treatment of exhausted vegetable and animal oils and fats (Conoe), referred to in Annex A, which forms integral part of this decree.
