Abstract
This Decree, taking into the rules of several European Union documents and Directives as listed in article 1, defines the modalities for the implementation of article 21, paragraph 1 of the Law of 28 December 2015, n. 221, that is related to the functioning of the voluntary national scheme called «Made Green in Italy », for the evaluation and communication of the environmental protection issues respected in Made in Italy products, also in relation to the grant and application of the logo "Made Green in Italy" to the indicated products.
Article 2 sets the definitions and official terms; request procedure for joining the scheme (in article 5); independent verification and validation (in article 6); grant of the logo (in article 7); incentive forms (in article 8).
