Abstract
This Decree provides for certain specific authorization issues (administrative and technical) as regards the fishing vessels engaged in professional swordfish fishing on the territory of the Mediterranean sea domain/zone.
This Decree further sets the necessary technical provisions and measures for swordfish fishing; technical provisions and measures for the management and handling of swordfish by-catches; and technical issues and procedures as regards the sport/recreational/non commercial swordfish fishing.
