Decree 25 October 2016, n. 245 Regulation laying down procedures for determining the tariffs, to be applied to the proposers, to cover the costs borne by the competent authority for the organization and performance of the preliminary, monitoring and control activities related to the environmental assessment procedures envisaged by the Legislative Decree 3 April 2006, n. 152.

This Decree regulation determines the economic burdens borne by the proposers and aimed at covering the effective costs held by competent state authorities for the purpose of organization and performance of preliminary, monitoring and control activities of the environmental impact assessment procedures and for appurtenance strategic environmental assessments.
Economic charges for environmental impact assessment procedures are defined in article 2; for economic costs for strategic environmental assessment procedures see article 3; economic costs for procedures relating to requests for review of certain measures are laid down in article 4.
