Abstract
This Decree here states the effective adoption of the National Fisheries Management Plan for the transparent goby (Aphia minuta fish specie) fishing as regards the maritime zone of Manfredonia (Region of Apulia, Republic of Italy) with the use of boat trawler/trawling nets (in accordance with the rules of the Regulation (EC) 1967/2006) also in relation to the minimum net hole size (fishing gear), and distance from the coast.
This type of fishing can be allowed only after the decision of the European Commission as regards the mandatory authorization provided by the provisions of the article 13 of the Regulation (EC) No 1967/2006.
This Management Plan will be observed from 1 January 2018 until 31 December 2020.
