Decree of 30 November 1999 regulating the fishing for "rossetto" (Aphia minuta) in Liguria and Toscana maritime district.

In terms of Article 1, commercial fishing for "rossetto" (Aphia minuta) is allowed in the Toscana maritime district from 1 November to 30 April and from 1 November to 30 March in the Liguria maritime district. Further are set the modalities for the issuance of fishing licences. Fishing for "rossetto" (Aphia minuta) will be exercised with seine fishing net as set out in Annex A. The Decree establishes also the procedure to be followed in order to apply for the authorization. Article 3 concerns the obligation of the shipowner to fill in the model set in Annex B of the Decree.
