Abstract
Annex VI to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 1995 regarding the placing on the market of pesticides is amended by this Decree. The amendments are laid down pursuant to Directive 2005/25/EC, which establishes particular provisions with respect to the authorization of plant protection products containing microorganisms.
