Abstract
This Decree replaces the text in Annex VIII to Legislative Decree No. 214 implementing Council Directive 2002/89/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. The annex specifies the points and ports of entry for such products.
