Decree amending the Annexes to Ministerial Decree of 31 January 1996 establishing measures against the introduction into the territory of the Republic of Italy of organisms harmful to plants or plant products : implementation of Commission Directive 2004/31/EC amending certain Annexes to Council Directive 2000/29/EC, and Commission Directive 2004/32/EC amending Directive 2001/32/EC as regards certain protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community.

Abstract
With a view to transposing at the national level the provisions contained in Directives 2004/31/EC and 2004/32/EC, this Decree lays down particular amendments to Annexes I, II, III, IV, V and VI to Ministerial Decree of 31 January 1996, which sets out protective measures against the introduction into the national territory of organisms harmful to plants or plant products.
