Abstract
This Decree lays down the discipline regarding the government support to ex ante insurance intervention measures for agricultural risk management pursuant to the provisions of D.Lgs. 102/2004 and subsequent amendments, and by Regulation (EU) no. 1305/2013, as amended by regulation (EU) no. 2393/2017, from the 2014-2020 National Rural Development Program.
Section II includes provisions on insurance policies and defines insurable production, livestock, facilities, risks and guarantees.
Section III sets discipline for mutual funds and outlines type of productions, breeding, risks and guarantees subject to mutual insurance coverage.
Section IV indicates the eligible sectors for activation the income stabilisation funds.
