Legislative Decree No. 102 on financial interventions to support agricultural enterprises, as per articles 1 of Act No. 38 of 2003.

The present Legislative Decree has been enacted on the basis of article 1, paragraph 2 of Act No. 38 of 2003 on agriculture. It makes provision on the national fund which has been established to finance interventions in the agricultural and animal production sectors. Agricultural enterprises, as defined by article 2135 of the Civil Code, may benefit from the subsidies and interventions envisaged, according to article 5 hereto.
