Abstract
The present Decree establishes the procedure to be followed in order to put into effect the derogations laid down under Act No. 1096 of 1971 and Act No. 195 of 1976 as regards the importation and circulation of seed and genetically modified seed for purposes of experimentation and genetic gain.
