Abstract
This Decree sets out the obligations of holders of exploration and exploitation permits and concessions for carrying out operations at sea or in the Italian continental shelf. These obligations concern the equipment that must be available in storages on land, drilling installations, production platforms and vessels, with the aim to prevent and reduce marine pollution.
