Abstract
Pursuant to the provisions laid down at the European Community level, this Decree sets out rules governing the marketing of eggs for human consumption, including those destined to be exported. These provisions deal with (i) the marking and packaging of eggs (including the authorization of plants where eggs are packaged), (ii) information to be shown on labels, and (iii) registers to be kept by producers.
