Decree implementing Commission Directive 2004/4/EC of 15 January 2004 granting a derogation from certain provisions of Council Directive 93/43/EEC on the hygiene of foodstuffs as regards the transport of bulk liquid oils and fats by sea.

In implementation of the provisions contained in Commission Directive 2004/4/EC, this Decree lays down some amendments to Legislative Decree No. 155 of 1997 concerning food hygiene. In particular, the Appendix attached to the mentioned Legislative Decree is replaced by the one attached to this Decree. The Appendix lays down the list of acceptable previous cargoes.
