Abstract
In implementation of Directives 2002/71/EC and 2002/76/EC, the present Decree establishes maximum residue levels of phytosanitary products in and on the cereals, foodstuffs of animal origin and foodstuffs of plant origin referred to in the Annex attached to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000. Moreover, this Decree specifies the conditions under which certain combinations of the substances above-mentioned may be used. On the one hand, the MRLs which shall apply to cereals and foods of plant origin are fixed under Annex 1 hereto, which supplements and amends Annex 2 to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000. On the other hand, Annex 2 to this Decree, fixing MRLs as regards foods of animal origin, supplements and modifies Annex 3 to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000.
