Abstract
This Directive lays down some amendments and addenda to certain Community provisions in force relating to the maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on cereals, foodstuffs of animal origin and certain products of plant origin (including fruit and vegetables). The Annex attached lists out the groups of products to which the above-mentioned MRLs shall apply, covering citrus fruit, tree nuts, vegetables, herbs, legumes, oilseeds, potatoes and tea.
