Abstract
The Decree Law is organised in VI Headings. Heading I contains access to credit measures; Art. 2 in the context of measures to support export, internationalization and business investments recognizes, among the sectors to be considered strategic, also the national agricultural chain, the tourism sectors and Italian agri-food sector. Heading II lays down urgent measures in response to COVID-19 emergency establishing a temporary regime that extents the Government's exercise of the golden powers procedure to the agri-food and steel sectors also to safeguard the employment levels and productivity on the national territory. Heading III contains urgent provisions on the exercise of special powers in sectors of strategic importance. Heading IV fiscal measures. Heading V contains provisions on procedural and procedural deadlines
