Abstract
The Decree-Law contains urgent measures aimed at the implementation of the PNRR objectives for 2021, these include projects on transports, university and research, innovation and technology. Title II contains further urgent measures aimed accelerating PNRR initiatives; in particular: amendments to DLgs 152/2006 in the management of the water resources; provisions on electricity supply contracts for vulnerable customers; requalification of abandoned sites and contaminated sites; sewerage; renewable energy, education, sustainable transport.
Title III and IV lays down provisions on prevention of mafia infiltration; these entail government control over enterprises, including agricultural enterprises, and specific investments aimed at strengthening the anti-mafia system.
