Abstract
Pursuant to Act No. 1096 of 1971 regulating the seed sector, this Decree lays down the criteria and regulates the technical procedures for the inclusion of rice varieties in the National Register. The objective is to ensure the uniform identification of each variety. The Decree also specifies the fees to be paid for submitting the inclusion in the national register of specific varieties of rice.
