Abstract
This Decree concerns the implementation of the interventions laid down under Legislative Decree No. 154 of 2004 to prompt the development and modernization of the fishery and aquaculture sector. The interventions shall be financed by the National Fund for Fishery and Aquaculture. Subsidies shall be granted to fishermen and entrepreneurs in the fishery and aquaculture sector, in compliance with the criteria and procedures specified in the Decree.
