Decree No. 178/2022 concerning regulation implementing article 1-ter of the Law Decree No. 111/2019.

This Decree lays down the criteria for the presentation and selection of the projects referred to in paragraph 3 of the article 1-ter of the Law Decree No. 111/2019, as well as the methods of distribution and assignment of the financing from the «#iosonoAmbiente Programme» Fund. The Projects entail initiatives, programs and campaigns, including student volunteering activities, aimed at spreading the values of environmental protection and development sustainable, as well as the promotion of environmental knowledge and protection paths. Art. 2 identifies priority criteria: a) projects presented by school networks; b) projects presented by schools, also on the basis of specific memoranda of understanding stipulated with park authorities and marine protected areas; c) greater number of students involved in the implementation of environmental protection projects; d) projects that involve volunteering activities by students or activities promoting new lifestyles through good environmental practices by students aimed at adopting eco-sustainable behaviours; e) projects presented jointly with environmental protection associations recognized pursuant to article 13 of law 8 July 1986, n. 349; f) projects presented jointly with the Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research, with the regional agencies and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano for the protection of the environment, with universities, public research centers or university and inter-university consortia; g) connection with the initiatives referred to in article 5, paragraph 2.
