Abstract
The Decree contains urgent measures to define a national strategic policy to combat climate change and improve air quality; in particular the Article contains provisions concerning environmental information and training campaigns targeting schools. Art 2 and 3 concern sustainable transport. Art. 4 and 4-bis afforestation and freshwater management measures. Art. 4-ter contains measures to combat climate change and improve air quality in protected areas national and in urban centres like the establishment of zona economica ambientale (ZEA).Art. 4 measures to reduce plastic pollution. Art. 5 measures to reduce environmental offences. Among others measures, food on tap.
