Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers 11 June 2020 on further implementing provisions of the Decree-Law of 25 March 2020, No. 19, containing urgent measures to deal with the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19, and the Decree-Law of 16 May 2020, No. 33, containing further urgent measures to deal with the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19.

The DPCM lays down further provisions to contain the epidemiological emergency and to regulate the business and production activities giving implementation to DL 19/2020 and DL 33/2020.
The DPCM under Art. 1 confirms and extends many of the previous COVID-19 measures. It authorises the food retail sector, such as restaurants and other food and beverage service providers in beach settings to continue their activities conditioned to the respect of the enforced social distancing recommendations and health measures; continues granting the exercise of activities in the agriculture and zootechnical production and those connected to their supply chain.
Art. 2 focuses on production activities and extends the previously established measures in the Shared Protocol signed among the Parties on April 24th, 2020 (Annex 12). Art. 4 gives implementation to the provisions on entering the country and their conditions.
Annex 9 presents the Guidelines for reopening the economical and production activities in the Autonomous Provinces, Annex 11 among many sectors specifically outlines measures for commercial exercises sector, Annex 14 presents the Shared Protocol to contain the diffusion of COVID-19 in the transport and logistic sector.
