Abstract
Art. 1 lists the various social gathering restrictions aimed at limiting COVID-19 spread; at dd) it sets the containment measures to be adopted by retail business activities (interpersonal distance of at least one meter, supervision and control of entrances and the time spent inside the premises) and requires them to be in compliance with the regional and national protocols and guidelines set to prevent or reduce the risk of contagion and in accordance with the criteria set out in Annex 10 and Annex 11.
Art. 1 ee) allows for the first time since DPCM 11 March 2020 food retail sector activities (including bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream shops, patisseries) provided that the regions and autonomous provinces have previously ascertained the compatibility with the trend of the epidemiological situation and identified the applicable protocols or guidelines and consistent with Annex 10. Canteens and continuous catering on a contractual basis, continue to be allowed always respecting interpersonal safety distance of at least one meter. Take away and delivery are also allowed also in shops located in the areas of service and refuelling located along the highways (interpersonal distance of at least one meter, continue the ban on consuming products inside the premises). Under Art. 1 ff) food and drink sites in hospitals and airports, are allowed with obligation to ensure in any case respect for interpersonal distance at least one meter.
Contagion containment measures for industrial and commercial production activities are disciplined by Art 2 that recalls the prescriptions established by the Shared protocol of regulation of measures for contrast and containment the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the workplace signed on April 24, 2020 (Annex 12).
