Abstract
The Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers (DPCM) tightens national measures of DPCM 13 October 2020. Under Art. 1 paragraph 8) Food services activities (including cafes, restaurants, pubs, ice cream and pastry shops) are only allowed between 5:00am to midnight if providing table service and with a maximum of 6 occupants per table. Establishments without table service must close by 6:00pm. Delivery services continue to be allowed, with takeaway services being allowed until midnight, though consumption of takeaway at or near establishments is prohibited. The Decree has effects from 19 October to 13 November 2020. No amendments have been made to travel restrictions established under DPCM 13 October 2020.
