Abstract
The Decree recognizing that the current situation meets the conditions established by Art. 7, paragraph 2 of the Ministerial Decree of 3 June 2019 (serious financial difficulties determined as a result of adverse weather conditions, of certain serious plant health diseases and containment measures for the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19) authorises, for the year 2020, the activation of the payments in respect of the minimis aid regime under Regulation (EU) no. 1408/2013
