Abstract
This Decree adopts the terms and contents of the Italian Flood Risk Management Plan of Padano hydrographic district (river basin district).
The adopted Plan has a value of territorial sector plan. This Plan is based on the rules adopted by the Legislative Decree 23 February 2010, n. 49 Implementation of Directive 2007/60/CE on evaluation e flood risk management.
Italian Flood Risk Management Plan of Padano hydrographic district is a cognitive, normative and technical-operational document containing planned and programmed actions and measures aimed at guaranteeing the pursuit of goals and objectives as defined in the above mentioned reference documents.
