Abstract
This Decree here identifies and transfers all staff units as well as all instrumental resources, including offices, and financial resources of the suppressed Tiber River Basin Authority to the Central Apennine District Basin Authority, on the basis of methods and criteria established by relevant national legislation as listed in article 1.
For transitional provision related to the transfer of data and technical information between river basin districts see article 7; for issues on delimitation of the hydro-graphic district of the Central Apennines see article 8.
