Abstract
DPCM 9 March 2020 extends prevention and containment measures established by Art. 1 of the PDPCM of 8 March 2020 to all the Italian national territory and all forms of people gathering in public places or open to the public are prohibited throughout the whole country.
Time in force and derogation of previous DPCM: The provisions of this decree have effect from date of March 10, 2020 and are effective until April 3, 2020. The measures in Art. 2 and 3 of the DPCM March 8, 2020 where incompatible with the provision of art. 1 of this decree cease to have effect.
