Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers October 27, 2016 Approval of the second water management plan of the hydrographic district of the Southern Apennines

This Decree, having in regard the contents of the Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2000 establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy, and in relation to the Legislative Decree of 3 April 2006, n. 152, containing Rules in environmental matters ", and its subsequent modifications, here officially approves and adopts the second water management Plan of the hydrographic district of the Southern Apennines.
The water management Plan of the river basin district of the Southern Apennines includes the following Italian regions: Abruzzo Region; Basilicata Region; Calabria Region; Campania Region; Lazio Region; Molise Region; and Puglia Region. Areas designated for the protection of habitats and its species are also object of this text.
