Abstract
This Decree regulates the methods and terms for granting the compensation for damages caused by wildlife to agriculture, livestock, damage to cultivated or pasture lands and vehicles, as regards the territory of the Friuli Venezia Giulia, autonomosu Region of the Republic of Italy.
These rules are also in accordance and are aimed at implementing the contributions for the conservation and enhancement of certain hunting issues listed in the article 10 (paragraph 1, letters a, b, e) and article 39 (paragraph 1, letter a-bis) of the Regional Law 06/2008 that concerns the provisions on hunting in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Republic of Italy.
This Decree determines that the regional administration is authorized to compensate the effective damaged caused by wildlife to the maximum extent of eighty percent of the total ascertained damage; to grant the contributions for conservation and enhancement of bressane and roccoli natural hunting structures (traditional technique for bird hunt).
This text also defines the possible beneficiaries and sets the modalities and terms for the submission of the official request for compensation.
