Decree of the President of the Region No. 133 on the approval of the amendments and addenda to the Regulation implementing the agro-environmental measures laid down in the plan for the rural development of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region.

The present Decree lays down amendments and addenda to Decree of the President of the Region No. 108 of 10 April 2001 as follows: article 5 bis shall be inserted; article 4 is supplemented; point 1) of paragraph 1 (c) of article 9 shall be repealed; new articles 9 bis, 9 ter, 9 quater, 9 quinties and 9 sexties shall be added; articles 22 and 24 are amended; paragraph 12 bis shall be inserted in article 41. Important amendments and addenda deal with manure to be used on cultivated areas and sewages intended for areas to be seeded with soya. Particular regard is given as well to organic fertilizers in new article 9 sexties. Further provisions concern mowing. The Annex attached to the Decree establishes the maximum and minimum levels for certain substances contained in certain fertilizers.
