Decree of the President of the Regional Council No. 13: Regional Regulation implementing Regional Act No. 3 of 12 January 1994, which implements Act No. 157 of 11 February 1992.

This Decree has been adopted in order to establish implementing measures with respect to Regional Act No. 3 of 1994, which represents the regional legislative framework in matter of hunting and wildlife protection. The Decree consists of 95 articles divided into seven Titles. Title I regards hunting licences; Title II deals with management and access to Territorial Hunting Areas (ATC). Title III regulates breeding of wildlife both for repopulation and ornamental purposes (Chapters I and II, respectively). Title IV applies to capturing of birds. Title V describes particular hunting methods. Title VI covers the capturing of ungulates.
