Abstract
This Law converts into law, with the amendments set out in the annex, the law decree of 1 March 2021, n. 22, containing urgent provisions on the reorganization of the powers of the Ministries.
In particular, as far as the Ecologic transition Ministry is concerned, the following is amended: Article 2 is widely reworded. In addition, after paragraph 4 a number of additional paragraphs are inserted, concerning the economic treatment of managerial staff, non-managerial staff and charges arising out of such treatments.
