Abstract
This text here converts into Law the terms and provisions (containing certain modifications, as listed in the annex) of the Decree-Law of 6 December 2011, n. 201, containing urgent provisions for the growth, equity and consolidation of public accounts.
Several sectoral provisions are object of this text, all aimed to provide a basis for necessary implementation of measures created for the purpose of national development, with a particular regard to the principle of overall equity, and with a strong need of consolidation of related Italian public finance.
As regards the National Regulatory Agency and its water supervision tasks, they are here transferred to the Authority for electricity and gas functions which shall now exercise the control of water services. See article 21 (point 19) for more details.
