Abstract
This Law establishes that the Italian public administration shall contribute to the pursuit of public finance objectives defined (nationally) in accordance with the procedures and criteria established by the European Union. The competition to pursue these objectives shall be achieved according to the fundamental principles of the harmonization of public budgets and coordination of public finance, all under integrated management approach.
In article 14 (point 9) provisions regarding all privatized social security institutions, chambers of commerce, industries, crafts and agriculture, port authorities, national park bodies and other public bodies are laid down.
