Abstract
This Law establishes various provisions aimed regulating issues of public administrations if recipients of financing from the state budget aimed at the realization of public works.
These public administrations are here invited to hold and maintain a computerized management system containing personal, financial, physical and procedural information relating to the planning and programming of their works and related interventions, including several other information, as listed in article 1.
Disclosure of data is defined in article 2. Loss of funding due to failure to start the work is object of article 4.
