Abstract
This Law lays down several national provisions aimed at reorganize the Italian public administration and its institutions. These provisions are prescribed in order to guarantee to all citizens and businesses, through the use of information technologies and communication, the right to access all data, documents and services of interest in digital mode, as well as for the purpose of ensuring the effective simplification of deriving services, also with the aim of reducing the overall need for physical access to public offices.
Article 10 of this Law determines the issues necessary for the reorganization of functions and financing of sectors such as commerce unions or chambers, industries in general, crafts and agriculture.
