Legislative Decree 30 June 2016, n. 127 Rules for the reorganization of the rules on conference services, in implementation of article 2 of the law of 7 August 2015, no. 124.

This Law determines certain rules aimed at reorganizing the discipline of the conference of services.
The service conference is a form of cooperation between public administrations already introduced in Italy by the Law 241/90 in order to streamline administrative action, avoiding that, in particularly complex procedures, the administrations called to participate in it must pronounce themselves in different places and times. The conference of services replaces these separate pronouncements with a contextual evaluation in a "collegiate" session. The conference of services investigation can be activated by the proceeding administration, also at the request of another administration involved in proceedings or the private individual, when needs for additional of extraordinary contextual examination of public interests involved in an administrative procedure, or more related administrative procedures, concerning the same activities or results.
Article 4 of this text sets out the changes to the framework for unique environmental authorization; also article 5 amends certain contents of the Legislative Decree 3 April 2006, n. 152, containing rules in environmental matters.
