Abstract
The Law Decree contains measures aimed at reducing the price of gas, petrol, energy and gas. Heading II contains measures that supports businesses liquidity, employment, and measures for specific sectors, these include agricultural sector, water, transport, fishing and tourism. Heading III provides for the strengthening of the national security making changes to the disciple of the golden power. Substantially the streamlines the FDI screening procedure and transposes in the ordinary FDI regime, with some amendments, a set of provisional rules introduced in the context of the Covid-19 emergency under Law Decree No. 23/2020.
