Law-Decree 22 March 2021, n. 42. Urgent measures on health regulations in the field of food safety.

This Law Decree modifies Article 18 of the Legislative Decree of February 2, 2021, no. 27. In particular it modifies paragraph 1 of the above mentioned Legislative Decree as follows: In letter b), the words «referred to in articles 7, 10 and 22 " are substituted by the words "referred to in Articles 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12-bis, 13, 17, 18, 19 and 22 "; In letter c), the words «without prejudice to the provision referred to in Article 7 "are replaced by the following:" done without prejudice to the provisions of articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 "; At letter d), the following words are added: "without prejudice to the application of the implementing provisions of articles 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12-bis, 13, 17, 18, 19 and 22 of the law of 30 April 1962, n. 283, and later modifications".
