Abstract
This Law defines the production and commercialization standards for what is classified as organic sector derived wine cultivation and related products; necessary organic production and enological practices to be observed, monitored and implemented; protection of geographic indications of origin, names and traditional lectures; labelling, presentation and advertising of such wine products; offences and penalties and other relevant provisions.
