Abstract
This Law regulates the contracts and concession of contracting authorities and entities contractors for the acquisition of services, supplies, works, as well as public design competitions, including the water sector and water supply concession.
These provisions shall also apply to the following contracts: work contracts, for an amount exceeding 1 million o euro currency; public works entrusted by public works concessionaires which are not contracting authorities; public works entrusted by service concessionaires, when they are strictly instrumental to the management of the service and the public works become the property of the administration contracting; public works to be carried out by private entities, holders of building permits or other qualifications, who assume directly the execution of the works of urbanization with total or partial deduction of the expected contribution.
